27gcom Terms and Conditions – General Rules of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the user and the 27gcom (hereinafter referred to simply as "platform" or "27gcom") with respect to the use of Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, jackpot, and other features available at https://27gcom.best.

Accessing the platform and using any of its services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms described herein. The 27gcom reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after published changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling of the 27gcom, which form an integral part of this document.

2. Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 27gcom and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have a bank account in your own name for withdrawal purposes;
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list or responsible gambling program that restricts access to betting platforms;
• Not have a previously closed account by the 27gcom for terms violation.

Each user may hold only one active account on 27gcom. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, or device, as well as the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

The 27gcom reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations that do not meet the eligibility criteria, without prior justification, refunding any deposited balance upon a withdrawal request in accordance with the rules set out in Section 5.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The identity verification process — also known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is mandatory for withdrawal processing and may be requested at any time by the 27gcom. The process consists of:

• Submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Selfie holding the document next to your face;
• Recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days) in the account holder's name.

The 27gcom is committed to completing verification within 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. Accounts with completed KYC have withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes via Pix and access to higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

The KYC process exists to protect users against unauthorized account use and to meet regulatory anti-money laundering obligations. Submitted documents are stored with encryption and handled in accordance with the LGPD, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

The 27gcom accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following methods:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 2 business hours on banking days;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed within 10 minutes;
• TED Transfer — available on business days via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20,00. No fees are charged by the 27gcom on deposits, though the user's bank or digital wallet may charge its own fees, which are the user's sole responsibility.

Deposits made via methods not listed above or from third-party accounts will not be credited and may be returned to the sender, subject to applicable bank fees. The 27gcom is not responsible for funds mistakenly sent to inactive or closed accounts.

5. Withdrawals

The primary withdrawal method at 27gcom is via Pix, with processing within 5 minutes for accounts with completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00 and must be requested to a Pix key linked to the same CPF registered on the platform.

TED withdrawals are available to bank accounts registered under the same CPF as the account holder, processed within 1 business hour on banking days. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts within regulatory parameters. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional review in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The 27gcom reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for security review when unusual account activity, suspicious betting patterns, or identity verification inconsistencies are detected. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and support will be available to assist throughout the process.

Balances from bonuses whose rollover has not been fully completed are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balance — deposited directly by the user — may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the bonus status.

6. Betting Rules

The 27gcom offers Sports Betting in both pre-match and live formats for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball, MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports, and dozens of other sports.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 27gcom:

• Bets confirmed by the user are final and cannot be cancelled, except when the 27gcom exercise the right to void bets due to odds errors or technical misconfigurations;
• Bet outcomes are based on the official result published by the governing body or competition organizer at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified for a particular market;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playing time established for each sport, all bets are voided and stakes returned;
• In accumulator bets, a cancelled event is removed from the selection and the combined odds are recalculated using the remaining events. If only one event remains, the bet is treated as a single;
• Live betting is subject to broadcast delays. The 27gcom is not liable for bets placed based on information from delayed broadcasts;
• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits per market vary depending on the event and the account's betting history.

The 27gcom reserves the right to limit or cancel bets that show signs of result manipulation, abusive arbitrage, or any other practice contrary to betting integrity. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with the applicable justification.

7. Casino & Online Games

The 27gcom offers a curated selection of online casino games, including slots from internationally certified providers, Live Casino with real dealers, crash games (such as Aviator and similar), and progressive jackpots. All casino games run on the unified account balance, the same one used for Sports Betting.

The outcomes of slots and crash games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. The 27gcom does not interfere with the results of any casino game, and the return to player (RTP) for each game is available in the product information.

Casino bonuses and free spins are subject to specific rollover requirements disclosed in each promotion. Free spins obtained through promotions have a maximum win value per round as defined in the offer's terms. Any attempt to exploit technical glitches in games will result in the cancellation of winnings and account closure.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

The general rules applicable to all bonuses at 27gcom are:

• Each user is entitled to receive each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on bets with a minimum odds of 1,50;
• Casino bonuses have their own rollover requirement stated in the promotion, typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount;
• The rollover period is 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date, unless otherwise stated;
• Unused bonuses or those with an incomplete rollover at the end of the promotional period are automatically removed from the account with no right to compensation;
• The 27gcom reserves the right to cancel bonuses from accounts that show betting patterns focused exclusively on meeting the rollover requirement without genuine engagement with the platform.

9. User Conduct

By using the 27gcom, the user agrees to:

• Provide only truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and in any communication with support;
• Not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Not attempting to access other users' accounts or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform;
• Not use bots, automated scripts, abusive arbitrage tools, or any software that interferes with the platform's normal operation;
• Not creating multiple accounts to improperly obtain bonuses or promotions;
• Do not engage in "gnashing" — placing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome — as this constitutes fraud against the 27gcom.

Any breach of the above conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending withdrawals, and notification of the relevant authorities when the conduct constitutes a criminal or civil offense.

10. Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure and confidential on 27gcom (login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). The 27gcom recommends:

• Use unique, strong passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings;
• Never share your login credentials with third parties;
• Access the platform only through secure connections and personal devices.

The 27gcom will never ask for the user's password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting a password or banking details should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

If unauthorized account access is suspected, the user must notify 27gcom's support 27gcom immediately. The platform may temporarily block the account for investigation and to protect the balance.

11. Privacy & LGPD

The 27gcom collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected includes full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, mobile number, banking details for payments, and browsing data.

Data is used exclusively for:

• Secure account operation and identity verification;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Compliance with anti-money laundering regulatory obligations;
• Sending account and promotional communications (with an unsubscribe option);
• Continuous improvement of platform services.

Users have the right to request, at any time, access to their data, correction of inaccurate information, data portability, and account deletion — except where there is a legal obligation to retain data. 12. Responsible Gambling

The 27gcom is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to help users stay in control of their experience on the platform:

• Daily or weekly deposit limit — set a cap on how much you can deposit in each period;
• Bet limit per session — set the maximum amount wagered per session;
• Temporary account break — block access to the account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently closes the account with irrevocable access blocking.

The 27gcom may unilaterally impose limits or restrictions when it identifies behavioral patterns indicating problem gambling, such as frequent deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, exponential increases in bets after consecutive losses, or requests to cancel self-exclusion within the cooling-off period.

The platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age. The 27gcom enforces age verification at registration and during KYC. 13. Limitation of Liability

The 27gcom is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user, whether pre-match or live;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's reasonable control;
• Data transmission errors caused by issues with the user's internet connection;
• External arbitration, disciplinary, or regulatory decisions that affect the outcome of sporting events after bets have been confirmed;
• Unauthorized use of the account due to the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, the 27gcom reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund the amounts wagered, regardless of the event's outcome. The user will be notified by email whenever this occurs.

14. Account Closure

The user may request the closure of their account on 27gcom at any time via live support or email. Your available balance — excluding unmet bonus requirements — will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days of the request.

The 27gcom may unilaterally close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Fraudulent behavior, including creating multiple accounts or exploiting platform vulnerabilities;
• Permanent self-exclusion request by the user;
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the 27gcom may withhold balances related to irregular activity while the investigation is ongoing.

15. Changes to Terms

The 27gcom may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated to the user by email at least 15 days in advance, except where a regulatory requirement demands a shorter timeline.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available at https://27gcom.best/terms-conditions with the date of the last update indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If the user disagrees with the changes, they may close their account as described in Section 14, without prejudice to the withdrawal of their available balance.

16. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the regulated Sports Betting sector in Brazil.

For the resolution of disputes between the user and the 27gcom, the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. The 27gcom encourages users to resolve disputes through live support before taking any legal action, and commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.
